| Wire rope loop pressing machine is widely use in different field, such as lifting field, gym equipment, rock climbing, car park and so on. How to operate wire rope press machine 1. Add 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil whose quality meet GB/T7631.2-1987. (It is better to filter before put into machine) 2. Add oil to be full 3. Connect wires 4. turn on key switch (see the orange light), inching the motor, ensure the motor is running clockwise; make system be running no-load 3~5 minutes. (If the piston doesn’t rise or fall when operate petal switch after connect the line, please change the way of three fire wire and try again ) 5. Fix fitted dies, tight the bolts on the left of both tool set ( the tool is offered by factory); Refer diameter of wire rope table to adjust pressure, put sleeve with steel wire rope in the middle of dies Vertically. 6. Operate pedal rise switch, the piston will rise and the rising pilot lamp lights; Auto-stop when reach given pressure and finish pressing; Operate descendent switch, the piston will descend and the descendent pilot lamp lights; and take out pressed steel wire rope. 7. Please press scram button in time if find abnormal conditions; and make scram button to reset rotation after trouble shooting. 8.
